One photograph was submitted.
Initial challenges: a) Bonnie was very small on the photograph and b) shot using flash resulting in red-eye and blown out highlights.
The photo was enlarged through software, details retained and most highlights recovered, other reference photos was used to paint the pupils. The most challenging aspect was recreating the bundles of long, fixed hair. The pastel strokes were slow and delibrate, the opposite how I normally work ie fast and natural.
